Start with your beach gear and an easy walk to the sand. Come back to the house for lunch, pool time, and a relaxed evening together. It is a simple first full day without committing your whole group to a tour schedule.
St. Andrews State Park
Make the park a separate outing for mainland beach access, nature trails, or time around the jetties. Check the official park information for admission, alerts, and current conditions before leaving.
A Shell Island boat day
Shell Island is reached by boat. Choose a suitable operator, confirm the departure point and return schedule, and pack water, food, and sun protection. Leave room in your schedule for weather changes rather than treating an island outing as a quick beach walk.

Dinner nearby, or dinner at home
Schooners is a walkable beachfront dining option from Opal Oasis. Check its current hours and menu, especially when planning for a larger group. Our restaurant and activity picks also include options for an evening out by car.
For nights in, the main house has a full kitchen and island seating for eight. With two washers and two dryers, you can also catch up on beach laundry while everyone unwinds.
A layout that gives your group options
The main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The detached upstairs guest suite adds a king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and second-story deck. It works well when some guests want their own place to unwind while staying on the same property.
The suite and deck are reached by exterior stairs. Wheelchair access is available in the main house and on the back patio; the pool area and upstairs suite and deck are not wheelchair accessible. Review the house and guest suite plans to decide whether the arrangement fits your group.
